We will send you a contract for the agreement with everything stated in this section, along with your event details.

Then we create the stickers- you may upload your own or we can help design them for an additional $25. We will confirm the designs with you and get to work right away.

Once it's event day, we will come to you-deliver, set up, and you may choose if we stay to support or leave you to enjoy! Then we will clean up, leave you any remaining stickers and hope to see you again soon.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Deposit & Payment
A non-refundable deposit of $75 is required at time of booking to reserve your date. The remaining balance must be paid at least 7 days prior to the event. No services will be rendered without full payment.

2. Cancellation Policy
If the client cancels at any time, the $75 deposit is forfeited. Cancellations made within 7 days of the event will be charged 50% of the total rental fee. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event will be charged the full rental amount.

3. Damage / Loss
If the machine is damaged beyond normal wear or stolen during the event, the client will be invoiced $500 to cover full replacement. The machine is a custom-built item and essential to WitCo. LLC’s business.

4. No Refunds or Custom Counts
Sticker quantities are pre-set at 175 or 350. No refunds for unused stickers. All remaining stickers will be given to the client at the end of the event.

5. Delivery & Pickup
Delivery, setup, and pickup are included within the flat rate regardless of distance (up to 1 hour one way). Additional distance or complications may require coordination.

6. Stolen Coins Disclaimer (if applicable)
If client selects the "Free Stickers" add-on and WitCo. LLC provides quarters, WitCo. LLC is not liable for any lost or stolen coins during the event. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure the machine or coin dish is supervised.

7. Sticker Design & Content
Client-supplied art must be appropriate for general audiences. WitCo. LLC reserves the right to decline any art deemed offensive, harmful, or in violation of copyright.
